We make sure events at Kolab are for everybody. Whether its a friendly pickleball match, or a movie night.

Free Cleaning & laundry

Our team keeps the common area and your room squeaky clean each week. We also make sure your laundry is delivered back to you folded, and smelling like a meadow.

On-call maintenance

We are just one call away, from any problems that you need solving at our property. Report damages immediately to us and we’ll handle it ASAP.

All amenities included

Every week, we refill all the amenities you will need (soap, toilet paper, cooking oil...) so basically great for those who hate grocery shopping

  • All our rooms feature private bathrooms, kitchens and private bedrooms, and each bedrooms have a lock, ensuring that when you need, you'll be able to have your private space.

  • Shared spaces are shared between everyone living in the house. Some of our properties feature shared working space, while others feature rooftops where you can host BBQ dinners with others.

  • No hidden fees, the price you see is the price of the room, plus all utilities, services and amenities. You won’t be charged more, unless you use more services.

  • We require that guests stay for a minimum of 3 weeks, as we believe that this is the minimum amount of time required to settle into the home, and make meaningful connections!

  • At Cohabs, we’re all about our community. That’s why we believe it’s so important to offer a bunch of complimentary services! To name a few:

    • Laundry services (up to 5kg/person weekly)

    • Common supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, coffee, salt and pepper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets… the list goes on

    • Monthly community events organized by our team for our members

    • Once a week, our team changes all bed linens, and cleans all bedrooms, and commons areas

    • On-call house maintenance as we care about you and about our houses. If you have an incident or something isn’t working well, just tell us.

    • Fully-furnished home with WiFi and Netflix, and all utilities covered (water, gas, electricity, insurance…).

  • Book an appointment with us, where you’ll be able to see live videos of our rooms, or see them in person. In this appointment, you’ll also be able to chat with the community managers, whom will determine which property best fits you!

  • Payment is made monthly, at the beginning of the month either through Bank Transfer, Cash Payment, or Revolut!

  • Absolutely, and we’ll be happy to help you with the process at the local authorities office.

  • Van Anh and Jonas have thought out every little detail and are accomodating to feedback. I mentioned in passing that my shower was slippery from my hair products so Jonas asked the cleaning team to scrub my shower extra. There is the usual first aid kit and luggage scale, but also adaptors, chargers, micellar water, ear plugs, pads and ibuprofen. There's a list of recommended restaurants and cafes and they're happy to answer any random questions I had like where to buy camera film or the best hotpot in the city.

  • Jonas and Van were outstanding hosts during my stay, truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. They were consistently available on-site to assist with guest check-ins and check-outs and both were always ready to address any concerns or issues I had. Additionally, Van provided an excellent list of local dining recommendations, which greatly enhanced my experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the warm hospitality made my trip to Saigon incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this accommodation and would rate it a perfect 10/10.

  • I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is super central yet wonderfully quiet, which is a rare combination. The room has two large windows that let in so much natural light, which I loved, especially since many Airbnbs in the area tend to have no windows. The room was impeccably clean, and the soft mattress was a highlight for me. In Vietnam, harder mattresses are more common, so it was such a treat to sleep on a comfortable, soft bed for a change.
