All our rooms feature private bathrooms, kitchens and private bedrooms, and each bedrooms have a lock, ensuring that when you need, you'll be able to have your private space.

It depends on the property that you choose. We generally put 2 people max (for example a couple). in each room. That means if you are staying in a property with 6 rooms, you’ll be sharing the space with 10 other people max.

Shared spaces are shared between everyone living in the house. Some of our properties feature shared working space, while others feature rooftops where you can host BBQ dinners with others.

Yes, we occasionally offer short-term stays when rooms are available between long-term bookings. Please note that the prices shown on our website apply to stays of one month or longer. Short-term stays are available at a different rate.

No hidden fees, the price you see is the price of the room, plus all utilities, services and amenities. You won’t be charged more, unless you use more services.

We have a minimum stay of 1 month. This helps create a more stable home environment and gives residents time to settle into life in Ho Chi Minh City.

At Kolab, we take care of the chores, so that you have time to create memories that matter. That’s why we believe it’s so important to offer a bunch of complimentary services! To name a few:
Laundry services (up to 5kg/person weekly)
Common supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, coffee, salt and pepper, hand soap… the list goes on
Monthly community events organized by our team for our members
Once a week, our team changes all bed linens, and cleans all bedrooms, and commons areas
On-call house maintenance as we care about you and about our houses. If you have an incident or something isn’t working well, just tell us.
Fully-furnished home with WiFi and Netflix, and all utilities covered (water, gas, electricity…).

Payment is made monthly, at the beginning of the month either through Bank Transfer, Cash Payment, Revolut or Wise!
